Tax and payment details
Your SSN or EIN and payment details are only requested after you've passed an assessment, and only the last four digits of your tax ID are kept on file once submitted.
Human review
Every application and assessment is read by a person, not an automated scoring system. You can see the status of each application from your dashboard at any time.
Your control
You can log in at any point to review what you've submitted. If you'd like your data removed, contact us and we will delete it.

Are the assessments scored automatically?
No. Multiple-choice and written answers are reviewed by our team, so please answer in your own words.
Can I apply to more than one role?
Yes. Apply to as many roles as fit your experience. Each application appears separately on your dashboard.
Are these employee or contractor roles?
Each listing states whether it is full-time, part-time or contract. Contractor engagements can be extended, shortened or concluded early depending on needs and performance.
